The Quality System involves all the activities carried out in the company, hence all the sectors and all corporate levels must contribute to the correct application of the procedures and their improvement.
CAPI wants to grow and develop through continuous improvement and invests in:
- continuous staff training;
- development of new technologies and processes;
- new company processes;
- FMEA methodology in process;
- Preventive maintenance of the machines and equipment;
- Selecting suppliers and involving them to reach the quality goals
- constant and continuous measurement of customer satisfaction and of all the other parties involved in the corporate processes.
In order to enhance customer service, CAPI is studying the procedures to obtain the ISO TS 16949 certification.
